Companies are about to make their plans to emerge from the pandemic and IT operations and support groups are searching for the best strategies to provide the optimal digital experience (DX). They want their hybrid workforces to continue to work remotely part time, or full time. With 270 million active users in Microsoft Teams, it appears to be the platform of choice for most enterprise organizations to communicate and collaborate. But how is Teams performing for the hybrid workforce? Employees working remotely, in the office, and traveling, what is their digital experience with Teams while they’re working from anywhere?

It’s time to measure how your employees’ DX compares with other organizations. Our goal with this pulse survey is to share information and best practices between enterprise organizations to help empower IT operations and support groups to improve their processes. We will be running a webinar in May to present the findings from this study, announce the availability of a complimentary White Paper, and showcase the commonalities between organizations. We hope this information delivers insightful knowledge to IT Directors and CIOs / CTOs for actionable improvements on their DX strategies.

Please take part in our Digital Experience Monitoring Pulse Survey. It will take you only 5 mins. We’re looking for responses from IT administrators, support engineers, and IT managers.

If you are amongst the first 100 submissions you will receive a $10 (USD) Starbucks gift card. And you will be entered to win a new Microsoft Xbox One! The deadline to submit your survey is April 24th. Further details can be found directly at the survey page.

How’s Your Employee’s Digital Experience When Working from Anywhere?

At panagenda we help enterprise organizations improve the DX for their collaboration and communication platforms, especially for Microsoft Teams. Recently interviewed customers uncovered some astounding challenges, and some great best practices, around supporting Teams under the WFA structure that has become the norm.

Based on our findings we will provide a White Paper this spring and would like to expand the breadth of responses to a wider group of IT administrators, support engineers, and IT managers. To help gather more details from companies around the world we have created an online survey that is completely anonymous. All respondents will receive a complimentary copy of the White Paper once it is completed.

The Work from Anywhere (WFA) Model is the New Normal

The work from anywhere (WFA) model has grown in popularity and proven that it’s here to stay. After adjusting to remote work, many realized that they could accomplish everything just as they did in the office. All they need are the right tools and technology. WFA meant they had more flexibility and time with their families, while also eliminating the need to commute.

Now as the world starts to reopen, employees are taking WFA a step further. During the pandemic, many decided to relocate permanently. Others have started to travel more and work from all over. Depending on the organization, employees may be asked to visit the office once a week, month, or quarter, or on an as-needed basis for special events and gatherings. Other companies might only recommend to spend a certain time in the office. This gives them the freedom to work from anywhere the rest of the time. It has created a Hybrid Workforce environment for most.
