Bigger & Better Together

The Infinity 365 2023 conference is all about Microsoft 365 and new work. This year, the event, in German, will be held in Salzburg at the Messezentrum Salzburg, also known as Salzburg Exhibition Center, providing attendants a priceless opportunity to network and learn while enjoying a beautiful Alpine backdrop.

The organizers plan for a blast. Infinity 365 2023 promises to be larger than ever before, counting with more speakers, more sponsors, and more participants. The German-speaking conference for decision-makers, administrators, developers, and users in the area of Microsoft 365, New Work, and beyond, will have 4 tracks happening at the same time in its program. All presentations will be made available to you after the conference, and all lectures will be held in German. There are also workshops happening on Monday, June 26.

You can save your seat at the conference here.

This time, panagenda will join only for one very special session on Microsoft Teams Call Quality presented by our very own Senior Program Manager & Senior Consultant, Stefan Fried. A true authority in collaboration solution environments, he brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure analytics and monitoring to Infinity 365 2023.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Salzburg!

Schlechte MS Teams Call Quality? Liegt der Teufel wirklich im Detail?
Stefan Fried

You probably know the problem: end users complain that Microsoft Teams call quality is poor even with reliable and modern devices. But do you know the real reasons why?
In most cases, you think that these are one-off or rare events that can only be analyzed with great effort.
But is that really the case? Is the devil really in the details here or are there often general reasons?
Not to forget that in most cases it is not up to Microsoft, but to many other factors.
Stefan will show exactly these factors and what possibilities there are with Microsoft’s own tools.
In addition, he will explain the key role that a complete end-to-end analysis plays in Microsoft 365 (not just in Teams Calling).
