How to purchase MarvelClient?

Is MarvelClient available through a web store?
No, panagenda does not currently offer a webshop purchase option. We respect the uniqueness of each business along with their unique goals and needs.
How long are the contracts? Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Plans are month-to-month or annual. You can start/stop or make changes to your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not given for cancellation or downgrades). Learn more here or contact us for details.
Can the number of users be changed after purchase?
Yes, you can add or remove users at any time after purchase. Simply notify your designated contact at panagenda. Once you update your subscription, the change will take effect immediately, and a prorated charge or credit will be applied to your account.
How do I downgrade my contract or subscription?
It’s easy to downgrade your contract or subscription. To downgrade a paid plan, simply notify your designated contact at panagenda. Please note that only a billing owner of a paid account may cancel a paid plan.
Trial
How does a trial work?
When you sign up for your MarvelClient trial, you have access to all the features of the corresponding paid MarvelClient plan, including basic support. The trial validity depends either on reaching a user or a time limit (see trial specification). If you want to trial a specific plan, just contact us. Trial requests are limited – only one MarvelClient trial per organization is allowed per year.
What happens after the trial ends?
At the end of your MarvelClient trial, your data and setup remains intact and your property. You can switch to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial period.
How do I cancel my trial?
Nothing easier than that, because you basically don’t need to do anything. That’s right, your panagenda contact will reach out to you from time to time and validate if you’re still interested in completing your trial.

What resources are available to ensure getting the most out of MarvelClient?
Customers on any MarvelClient plan have access to online, email, and phone support, as well as access to the comprehensive MarvelClient online knowldedge base and help center. Additionally, prescriptive guidance and on-demand training are also available to ensure your team is set up for success.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
