How to purchase MarvelClient?

Is MarvelClient available through a webshop?
No, panagenda does not currently offer the option to purchase through a webshop. We respect the uniqueness of each business, along with its unique set of goals and needs.
What is the duration of the contracts? Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Our plans are offered on an annual or multi-year basis. You have the flexibility to start, stop, or make changes to your plan at any time. Please note, however, that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or downgrades. In special cases, shorter terms are available upon request. To learn more, please contact us for more details.
Can the number of users be changed after purchase?
Yes, you can add or remove users at any time after purchase. Simply notify your designated contact at panagenda. Once you update your subscription, the changes will take effect immediately. However, please bear in mind that refunds are not available for cancellations or downgrades.
How do I downgrade my contract or subscription?
It’s easy to downgrade your contract or subscription. To downgrade a paid plan, simply notify your designated contact at panagenda. Please note that only a billing owner of a paid account may cancel a paid plan.
How does a trial work?
When you sign up for a MarvelClient trial, you gain access to the complete range of features available in the corresponding paid MarvelClient plan, along with basic support. These trials are fully functional, matching the capabilities of the paid product, and are only limited by the trial period and the number of users. If you’re interested in trying out a specific plan, simply reach out to us through our sales contact form.
What happens after the trial ends?
MarvelClient will disable all non-paid features; all free functionality will still be available. Your installation (both clients and servers) can remain in place and be reactivated for another trial or can be converted to a paid plan at any time. If you choose not to do so, nothing will happen, and you will not incur any cost.
How do I cancel my trial?
You don’t need to cancel anything, there is no automatic billing or other cost associated with a trial. You can just stop using the product and uninstall it if you want.

What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, if you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period.
